The Extent to Which School Administration Applies the Principles of Good Governance Public Schools in Irbid and its Relationship to the Effectiveness of Administrative Performance from the Point of View of Teachers

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the extent to which school administration applies the principles of good governance in Irbid government schools and their relationship to the effectiveness of administrative performance from the point of view of teachers. The study followed a descriptive approach, and the study used a questionnaire in collecting its data consisting of two areas: the field of the level of strategic planning, achieving the goals of strategic planning, consisting of Of (18) paragraphs, their validity and reliability were confirmed. The study sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers, who were selected randomly. The results of the study showed that the extent to which the school administration applied the principles of good governance in Irbid government schools and its relationship to the effectiveness of administrative performance from the point of view of the study community was (medium) in all areas. The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample’s estimates of the extent to which The school administration’s application of the principles of good governance in Irbid public schools and its relationship to the effectiveness of administrative performance from the point of view of teachers is due to the gender variable (male, female). The researchers recommended “continuing to renew, develop and update programs and strategic planning constantly for the ability to predict crises and solve them before they escalate”.
