Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of automated programs in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in the Gaza Strip and to identify the extent to which the requirements for automation are available. The study population consisted of all supervisory positions at the headquarters of the Ministry of Education in the Gaza Strip, totaling (181) employees. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive analytical method was used. The primary data collection tools for this study were questionnaires and interviews, which were distributed to a sample of (123) individuals from the population selected using simple random sampling, in addition to the use of interviews. The study concluded that the dimensions of automated programs in the Ministry of Education received a relative weight (82.71%), which expresses their high availability and that the Ministry pays great attention to the program automation project.
