Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

1. Scope and Aim of the Journal

The journal publishes high-quality, original research in human sciences, including aspects as per as shown in Journal Scope :

The journal welcomes empirical studies, theoretical papers, systematic reviews, case studies, and scholarly critiques. Manuscripts must demonstrate clear methodological rigor, originality, and contribution to knowledge.

2. Ethical Standards

The journal adheres to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) principles.

2.1 Plagiarism and Originality

  • Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  • Any indication of plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.

2.2 Research Ethics Approval

For research involving human participants, authors must:

  • State institutional ethics approval
  • Confirm informed consent
  • Follow national and international ethical standards

2.3 Data Integrity

  • Data presented must be accurate and traceable.
  • Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation is strictly prohibited.

2.4 Conflict of Interest

Authors must declare any financial or personal conflicts of interest.

2.5 Funding Disclosure

All sources of funding or support must be clearly acknowledged.

3. Manuscript Types

The journal accepts the following categories:

  • Original Research Articles (up to 10000 words including abstract)

Word count excludes references and appendices.

4. Manuscript Structure

All submissions must follow the IMRAD format (unless otherwise specified):

4.1 Title Page

  • Title (concise and informative)
  • Author(s) full names
  • Academic affiliation
  • Corresponding author email

4.2 Abstract

A structured abstract (150–250 words) containing:

  • Background
  • Purpose of the study
  • Methods
  • Key findings
  • Implications

Include 3–6 keywords.

4.3 Main Text

  • Introduction: background, problem statement, research objectives, significance
  • Literature Review: key theories and prior studies
  • Methodology: research design, participants, instruments, procedures, ethics
  • Results: findings presented clearly, with tables/figures
  • Discussion: interpretation, comparison with previous literature
  • Conclusion: summary, implications, limitations, future research

4.4 References

Must follow APA 7th edition.
All sources must be accurate and complete.

4.5 Tables and Figures

  • Numbered consecutively (Table 1, Figure 1…)
  • Provided in editable format (Word/Excel)
  • High-resolution images (min. 300 dpi)
  • Captions placed according to APA rules

5. Formatting Requirements

  • Use the journal’s official template.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt
  • Line spacing: single
  • Margins: top 2.5cm, bottom 1 cm, left and right 2 cm.
  • Pages must be numbered according to journal template
  • Use clear academic English (or Arabic, depending on journal policy)

6. Peer Review Process

The journal uses a single-blind peer review system.

Stages:

  1. Desk Screening
    • Scope relevance, originality, adherence to guidelines
  2. Peer Review
    • Two expert reviewers evaluate the manuscript
  3. Decision
    • Accept
    • Minor revisions
    • Major revisions

  4. Revision Phase
    Authors must respond to reviewers using a point-by-point response document.

7. Copyright and Licensing

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
  • Font size and style must strictly follow the journal template 
  • References follow APA 7th edition.
