1. Author Rights
Authors retain full copyright of their work published in EJE. By submitting to the journal, authors grant EJE the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, and distribute the article in all formats and media, including print and digital forms.
2. License to Publish
All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
3. Open Access Policy
EJE is an open-access journal, which means all articles are freely available online immediately upon publication. There are no subscription or access fees, ensuring maximum visibility and dissemination of authors’ work.
4. Archiving and Reuse
Authors are encouraged to deposit the final published version of their articles in institutional or subject-specific repositories. Proper citation of the journal publication must be provided when archiving or reusing the content.
5. Third-Party Content
If the article contains material (e.g., images, charts, or text) not owned by the authors, it is the authors’ responsibility to obtain permission for reuse. EJHS is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from the inclusion of such third-party content.
6. Plagiarism and Copyright Infringement
EJE maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism and copyright violations. All submissions are checked using plagiarism detection tools. If any violation is detected, the manuscript will be rejected or retracted, and appropriate actions will be taken.
